My I-140 just got approved in six months. When I started working on my case preparation, I feared that I might not be able to follow online directions provided by the lawyers. As the time passed by, I found myself very comfortable as the timely directions provided by the Chen Immigration Team were very thorough and easy-to-follow. My visa was expiring by end of Nov and I contacted them in June. It was a very close call. By mid-October I had my approved I-140 in my hands!
