I have just received my NIW application approval. And it took me around 9 month after I submitted my petition letter to USCIS. I am highly satisfied with the Chen Immigration law, the preparation process and application. Although in some cases it felt overwhelming of some preparation processes but, I think, at the end you will find this was necessary if you want to avoid the RFEs.
