I received my EB2 NIW approval in about 10 months without any ref. I consulted several people who went through this process and they all recommended Chen. After the initial communication and free case evaluation, I had no hesitation in taking the decision as their evaluation looked very factual and honest rather than just buying another customer in. It was a great experience working with their Attorney's team. They worked with me in a systematic and structured way focusing on all the important and nitty gritty details of my application. They allowed me to complete my documents in my own time and were prompt in reviewing those documents and addressing any concerns. Their communication portal is the most efficient way to communicate and manage documents, but I could also talk to the attorney on the phone on occasions when I needed a quick answer.
