My EB-2 NIW I-140/ I-485 approved.It was a great experience for me and my husband to chose Chen Immigration Law Associates. I highly recommend them to anyone filing their immigration cases and i have to mention here that of course there are lot of professionals out there who might do the same job, but when it comes to prompt response, professionalism and attention to detail they are the best. Today i am Green card holder and my husband too with their kind guidance in filing and support. One of my Colleague she was there client she got her green card approved with them and she gave me Chen Immigration reference and i am happy that i chose them. There might be situations where documents are very much important and depends on your history in usa and eligibility, they tell you ahead of time if you have chances or not, rest depends on your luck . As long as there job is concerned it is no doubt 5 Stars job.

It was a great experience working with them,I am pretty certain that my case won't get approved if I did not work with them , My NIW was filled concurrently was approved within 13.5 months
For everyone planning to start the process, these are couple of advises:
- Please summarize your research within 6 pages in advance, it will save at least a month or 2
- Please discuss with lawyer about the processing time of concurrent vs non-concurrent before applying
- Finally, once your case is submitted, it is not the lawyer fault that it is taking more than it should be, no one can predict USCIS mood
