I am extremely thankful for Chen Immigration for their support and work to get me and my spouse the permanent residency card through EB2 (NIW) category. It was a great experience working with them. They make sure to explain the process from the beginning and they honor their commitments and promises (e.g., no matter what the issue is, they get back to you in 24 hours). They have a dedicated team for the I-140 application that worked with me from the start till the end of the process. Even with their vast and repeat experience in the topic, they made sure that I get a customized petition that accommodates my situation and needs. Similarly, the I-485 team worked with me from the start till end and made sure to provide me with instructions that fit my unique case. The process can be stressful and mentally demanding at times on part of the applicants (myself and spouse), however, they were extremely accommodating to our requests no matter how trivial, or at times even pestering, they can be. I would definitely recommend (with 5 stars) getting their services to anyone in the STEM field, who obtained a PhD/Masters degree in the US, and would like to consider staying in the US for a long-term professional career.
