I had filed my EB 2 NIW earlier this month and just received a confirmation that I was approved today morning. I started the process with Chen Immigration around the end of January, they were extremely attentive through the whole process, their dedication led me to have an approved NIW without any RFE or NOID notices. I applied beginning of April and heard back within 3 weeks of applying that I was approved. Great job to the lawyers who helped make this possible, will definitely retain them for my green card application as well. If Chen immigration approves your application, you'll most likely get approved by USCIS too.
