Chen Immigration team and the attorney for my case, Colin S., were very responsive to my questions and accommodating to my concerns. I just got my I-140 for EB2-NIW case approved with premium processing without any RFE. The instructions provided with all the documents are very detailed, which made the process clear. The team was always willing to explain the reasoning behind certain decisions (who should be a recommender, why a certain point was used/excluded in the petition letter), which I appreciate. I will be recommending Chen Immigration to my colleagues and friends in the similar situation.
