I got all the answers to my questions the very next morning when I asked them. I had only 18 citations with 14 of them being independent. But, my attorney drafted a strong petition letter and also two recommendation letters. I went for premium processing and my case got approved just yesterday after just 21 days of submission under the EB2-NIW category without any RFE.
Some people have a misconception that Chen delays case preparation time. I signed with them on May 16 and my case was in the mail on July 14. So, if the client is active, it is possible to submit the case within 2 months with Chen. I really recommend Chen Team for the EB2-NIW petition.
