Chen Immigration team is very professional. I was initially hesitated since this was a total online service, but after email communication for the free evaluation of my case, I decided to work with them and that was the best decision. All phases in the process are done promptly, instructions and communication are crystal clear to avoid any mistake during the paperwork preparation that could cause delay. My NIW case preparation time was around 4 months, but that was due to the delay of my recommenders, otherwise I think it should take only 2 months to have a complete application to file the I-140. I received the approval after 2.5 months of filing (with premium processing after filing I-140).
