I feel sincerely grateful to work with Chen Immigration Law Associates on my EB2-NIW case. The experience throughout the entire process was very pleasant and under well management from the first evaluation, all the document drafting, package submission and eventually got approval this week with no RFE. I would like to mention four aspects for my experience on my case. (1) They were consistently being very responsive in providing guidance or answering questions, no matter it was before signing the contract or after the payment was already made. (2) I was very impressed on their profession in preparing the legal writing, in which they can explain the significance of scientific works in a way that a case officer or ordinary people can understand. The entire case was carefully structured with regulatory, recommendation letter and other citation references to echo the works. (3) They were extremely precise in reviewing and checking details to eliminate any notable errors. (4) The system was built very well, so I can be clearly guided what information to fill out or what references I can utilize. I would like to thank my attorney Ziqian Ma and any team members who worked on my case or responded to my questions to help me obtain the approval, especially I humbly felt my case could be quite weak (though they generously provided me the approval or refund service).
