My NIW application was approved! It has been a great experience working with Chen Immigration & Attorneys. They have very robust process and system to support and instruct the applicants on each step. I was referred by my friend. Back to that time, I had no idea what NIW was and how to apply to it. I simply followed the attorney's instructions step by step and was able to complete the whole application and get approval within 5 months. This process can be shorter depending on how fast the applicant can respond to the attorney's request and provide the required information & documents. They always provide the best advice every time I have a question. Trust them, follow their instructions, and communicate clearly! You will have your application completed and approved, too!

I was really surprised by how accurately he understood my statement of contributions (SoC) and translated them into plain language in the petition letter. The draft was well-structured, and I only needed to make one round of revisions, mainly to adjust some scientific descriptions. Almost everything else remained unchanged.
Here’s the timeline of the process:
07/22: Consulted with Wegreened regarding my EB-1A application (NIW had already been filed)
07/28: Signed the contract
07/31: Employment letter completed
08/13: Two recommenders confirmed
08/30: First draft of the petition letter completed
09/06: Two recommendation letters signed
09/09: Exhibit.zip finalized
09/11: Filing fee paid
09/18: Package mailed
09/20: Package received by USCIS (priority date)
10/04: Premium Processing received by USCIS
10/19: EB-1A approved
