Hello all,
I just received my EB1A I140 approval yesterday (premium processing). I had been consulting with Chen Associates informally for almost 8 months before I officially hired them. I was super impressed then itself on their prompt replies and knowledge.
What I also loved was how honest they were about the whole thing. While they can’t obviously guarantee anything, they pointed out strengths and weaknesses fairly and whether approval is likely for the different categories or not. They also guided well on what additional documentation I would need before filing EB1A I140.
I officially hired them in September 2017 and we started collecting all the necessary documents. I just loved how they stuck to the committed timeline and were so detailed about ever little aspect.
